Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dodge City

First thing through the door, we had to stand and wait 10 minutes just to have one of the 3 tables just dirty to be cleaned off. Only 4 pizzas on buffet, didn’t get silver ware, barely got drinks after sitting for 12 minutes because there wasn’t a single plate on the Buffett or the salad bar, no desert no pasta no nothing to speak off on the “Buffett” after sitting another 10 minutes for plates and actual food to be brought out I went up to the front desk to complain and ask for for plates. 2 waitresses and a manager walked past me 2xs never asking what I needed! So I whistled and all staff members came out of the back, after hearing my complaints the manager flooded the buffet with staff carrying arm loads of plates for the Buffett and salad bar and started himself putting out pizzas that were just sitting in the back. By this point we had to leave, and I told the cashier I would pay for our drinks and one salad bar since my baby ate a small cup of pudding and my other two children shared 3 slices of pizza off the same plate from the Buffett! She started to get an attitude with me and the manager came up and said no charge but “your not welcome here again”! Lmfao you don’t do your job and I’m not welcome back!!!! In need of serious help for this...

My daughter's softball team wanted to go share a dining experience together, so Pizza Hut it was! There were 8 girls and 10 parents with maybe one other table occupied in the restaurant when we arrived. To say things went bad would be an understatement! The staff was overwhelmed and had deer in the headlights look on their faces the whole time we were there. After getting drinks at our tables after 20 minutes, orders were taken for half the people in our party. We got our own menus, plates, utensils, and refills were all walked up to the counter to hand to the workers. After an hour and 45 minutes my wife asked about our order with another mom also missing food. These two orders never got put into the computer, while we watched the other half of our group eat their food. Also, the sanitary practices of the staff are non-existant as we watched one of the younger boys rubbing his face, playing with his hair, wiping his nose with his fingers and then handling orders to bring out to the tables. If this place is open next summer we will not be taking the softball team there for another...

This place is disgusting. I'm not sure if the tables have ever been cleaned. It might be easier to burn them and start over. I took my fingernail across the table and came back with a dirty grime all over me. All of the tables were sticky. The floor is dirty. A young girl was our waitress. She forgot that we were there after seating us. Everybody seemed to be on there phones and a really uncaring atmosphere. Our waitress ignored us most of our meal. No drink refills. We had to walk up with what was left of our food to ask for a to go box. We were the only people in the restaurant eating. Now I know why. We also walked up to remind her we were there and ready to order. What a waste of money. Save your money and yourself an uncomfortable dirty experience and eat anywhere else. This place should probably have someone called on it for dirtyness. I hope I don't get sick...
