My mother bought 1 set of bedroom, 1 dining room, 1 living room. At less 1 month, a piece of sofa was fell off unexpectedly. We went to the Store, and the owner ( madam) was rude and insulting us, threatening to call the police, because we mentioned if the furniture is bad, she should be change them. My mother is diabetic and hipertensive, I can't believe an Owner of bussines can mistreat their customers. My Mom felt very bad about that. I recommend not...

The worst customer service ever!!! Plus the owner is a liar!!! She sells you one thing, then when you receive the furniture is a totally different color and then you can't return it. That is a shame!!! Plus her attitude really sucks. Please be REALLY AWARE. Once you pay ....there is no going back at all!! Even if it's their fault the colors are not correct and even had me calling me blind. My advice.... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING...

BUYER BEWARE!!! The worst costumer service! El peor servicio a el cliente! My grandparents bought a sofa set form this store less than 30 days ago but realized after that the back of the sofa is to low and is giving them neck pain. I personally called them to see if we could exchange them for another set and the lady told me that they do not accept returns nor exchanges EVEN THOUGH THEIR PAPERWORK SAYS OTHERWISE! And then she hanged up on me. Stay away from this untrustworthy people, they do not honor their contract and their products are of a poor quality also.

Mis abuelos compraron un set the sofas hace menos de 30 días y se dieron cuenta que la parte de el espaldar es muy baja y les da dolor en el cuello. Yo personalmente llame a esta mueblería explicándoles la situación y pidiéndoles que necesitábamos cambiarlos por otro set de muebles y la empleada me dijo que ellos no aceptan devoluciones ni cambios.
