Sent us discontinued equipment that was no longer supported by the manufacturer and basically provided little to no support to resolve the issue. Also sent us a quote and then tried to change pricing after acceptance. In flytec's defense the manufacturers part numbers were basically the same however i fully believe they knew that they were offloading old outdated hardware when we placed our order. The older equipment did not support the features and intended purpose for our installation and we now need to re-order the correct part number and return to 2 jobsites that are 1200 miles away and 700 miles away respectively to replace a partly working product. Avoid buying anything from these folks if you expect to get any kind of support. They are the worst company I ever bought anything from. I bought 26 Point to Point Radios from them and 11 were dead out of the box. I got a tech the same day I sent in the first request who verified they were dead and issued an RMA. The rest of the radios came in on a different shipment and no support requests were answered for 3 days. I know have a missed deadline, no radios, and no one at Flytech that is willing to offer replacements ideas. It all came down to a shouting match. They are very unprofessional, unorganized...

The initial purchase interaction was prompt and professional, Communication was excellent and the order arrived in just a few days. As sometimes happens, there was an issue requiring a customer service interaction. It quickly became clear the items in the order were unsuited to my intended purpose. Once this determination was made they quickly issued a RMA. The day after my return was complete they issued a full refund.

I am a little sad Flytec could not be a source for my project. Given the ease of interaction they would make an excellent partner. I am keeping them on my short list for future...
