Worst Giardino experience on the planet. If I was the parent company I would shut this franchise down because it’s giving the entire brand a bad name. We ordered thru Uber Eats and received half a salad each. My co worker ordered a piccolo Thai Thai with added chicken. There was no chicken and it had half the small bowl full. It had ingredients like bacon Egg and turkey that don’t evens belong in a Thai Thai and missing cashews. I ordered a basta country Cobb with turkey. I had Half the bowl full as well and no croutons at all and a whopping three tiny pieces of turkey ant even the nice sized cubes I usually get at any other Giardino. We called Giardino to confirm our order and the had the right order in the system. The wouldn’t let me speak though a manager because she was too busy to talk to me. They told us to call a Uber eats and there was nothing they could do. 5 to 10 minutes later they called us back to ask for our address and to let us know that they were sending us new salads and they were going to pick up the original salads. At that point we had already started eating our salads and my coworker had literally finagled her salad in 5 bites as the half of a piccolo is nothing I was almost done with my salad. I told the young lady that we were eating already besucase we had spoken to her 10 minutes before and we were starving and she told me that since we had already eaten the salad that there was nothing she cans do. Wow. I called them back when I finished my salad to let her know that what they did was the dumbest thing ever. We called because they had gotten one order wrong and both salad were half full. I have never ever ever written a negative review and you can check my profile to confirm. She responded “so you are your salad and you want another salad sarcastically. I responded no I didn’t eat a salad I ate half a salad with no turkey and my coworker had a half salad that had things in it that don’t even belong. I said it’s fine all I can do is never do business with you and order another salad from you location ever again and trust me I never will. Read moreThis location used to be good. I'm not sure if there was a change in management, but the blonde lady (that I imagine is the manager) here has made sure to run this location to the ground. Last week I was the only one in there, and yet it took almost 10 minutes for someone to attend me. She had every person there (about 4 others) working on online orders. I just went again today and requested El Caribe. The girl attending me went to the back and had a prepared meal in her hands in less than 10 seconds. I never saw her prepare it behind the window. The manager told her she only needed to add chicken, so when she was doing so, I asked if the rice was cold, because this obviously looked like it had been sitting there. The manager said no, that someone prepared it in the back just now. This was a LIE. I am now eating my meal with cold rice. I'm done...

Not only do they not recycle but everything you eat from even if you eat inside the store is plastic. Plastic bowls plastic forks paper napkins everything goes into the trash. These days this is not acceptable. Second to that my salad was mostly iceberg lettuce when I had asked for extra avocado. I must have eaten maybe four or five little chunks like sugar cube size pieces of avocado. If that's extra avocado I would hate to have eaten the regular avocado version. Same with adding chicken...
