8/23/2023 NEVER EVER AGAIN!! My husband and I came here to eat because we are in the process of moving and didn’t feel like cooking but wanted a somewhat home made food. Isabel was our server tonight (name on the receipt), I had asked for french fries for my side and they gave me maduros. I told the guy who brought me my plate, he went in from one side and came out the other side with my plate of fries. After taking a few bites of my food, I started to question if the food was made on the spot or cooked and left there to be served for when somebody orders.. my food wasn’t hot how it’s supposed to be. It was more warm/cold. My husbands bistec empanizado tasted like it was sitting there for hours!! It was gross, but we were so hungry we had no choice but to eat it. Isabel never came to our table to ask if we were okay. There was a time I even called for her and she ignored me and attended another table. The worst part about all of this experience eating here, is when it came time to pay, Isabel was watching over my shoulder to see how much “tip” I was going to give. I put $10 (even though I wasn’t really going to leave a tip with that amount, I was feeling generous) Isabel on the other hand, she felt like that wasn’t enough for her & told my husband and I that we NEED to put the 18% which was $13.23 because the tip is shared between the bus boy, the bartender, and idk who else she mentioned. We didn’t even get a drink from the bartender. Our water was untouched. So why do we need to “tip” them? NEVER have I been to a place that I NEEDED to tip that much. This place is a rip off. Worst quality food ever and service. I don’t recommend it to anybody. The crema catalana was the ONLY good thing. Extra food was ordered to take to my mother and grandmother at home because they wanted us to bring them food but I genuinely wouldn’t have. I would’ve much rather went to a McDonald’s, paid a lot less and enjoyed...

Details: Let me start by saying that I love Cuban food! I'm Cuban and living in Miami for the past 50 years (since my teens), I have eaten in just about every Cuban restaurant in South Florida. It is hard for me find a dish, Cuban or otherwise, that I find truly amazing.
My wife and I went to Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine in Doral on May 1, 2023; We have eaten at others Las Vegas Cuban restaurants locations in past several years. On the suggestion of our waiter (Warren) I ordered the Rabo Encendido (Cuban Oxtail). It was the most amazing dish that I have eaten in a very long time! This is hearty Cuban classic dish that is packed with flavor. The fork-tender delicious meat just felt off the bone. It was served with white rice, black beans and of course, sweet plantains. Wow, Wow , Wow! I loved it!!!!!
Wait there is more! For dessert, I had plans to order my beloved, can't go wrong, typical Cuban dessert; Flan (Custard). But the manager, who had been walking around asking patrons how was the food, recommended Buñuelos With Anise Syrup. I remember my mother making these at home in Cuba when I was a kid. Bingo, another winner! The Buñuelos were nice and warm, the anise syrup was just perfect! While eating something as delicious as these Buñuelos (or any good dessert for that matter) I close my eyes to heighten the taste so that I can truly savor every bite!
The staff were attentive and friendly and the restaurant was clean and orderly. The food was served fairly quickly and was nice and warm. I highly recommend the restaurant, especially the dish mentioned above. -------------------END...
Read more7/21/2023 - We were staying at the Hampton Inn next door and liked the reviews for this restaurant so we walked over for diner. The majority of our party of 8 is Latin and a several are Cuban so we were really looking forward to eating there.
FOOD WAS BEYOND BAD AND THE SERVICE WAS WORSE THAN THE FOOD.
The server TOLD us some of the sides would be different than what we ordered without asking if that was ok and THE FOOD TOOK HOURS TO COME OUT. My 8 year old grandson was complaining about how hungry he was. At one point the staff "rushed in" with more bread because they could tell the children had become very hungry, getting tired, we had been waiting hours already and we were getting ready to leave.
When the main entrees finally came out only one of our party ate their food and the rest of us barely touched ours.
One of us tried to order the Cuban sandwich off the menu and was told they were not serving any that night. No Cuban sandwiches at a Cuban restaurant??? I love plantains and the ones that came with dinner weren't good either.
Total was $274 for 8 people ($34 a person included an 8 and 4 years old).
The server asked if we didn't like the food after noticing most of the plates were full when she brought the bill and we answered yes. Another interesting aspect was the server bringing a computerized pad to go over the bill while standing over me and watching as I selected the lowest electronic tip. The manager looked nervous throughout and the crew absolutely knew how...
