Long story short I came across this coffee cart and decided to get it for my wedding a year ago! turns out really nice the first time around, like I said it’s a long story but the second time HORRIBLE! experience. The owner doesn’t know what she is doing she started telling me that it’s my fault that she couldn’t provide the coffee cart because I didn’t tell her that it was on a second floor “um excuse me”who is hiring who that not my job to tell you that! I provided the address time and day! You have a phone you google it before hand and not at the time that you need to be at a party. As a boss you need to get your stuff ready before not the day of! Honestly not worth the $800 dolors because I only got half the service and as a boss you would think she would be more inclined to help and not pass blame when at the end of the day I am paying you for a coffee cart! I was truly unhappy and would have rather spent that money else where. Adding on The customer service was horrible and don’t wish this experience on anyone and it was supposed to be a happy day it was my baby shower and it just killed the vibe. I was REALLY hoping I was going to love this coffee. I was drawn in from the Instagram reels and tik tok videos of this place. The presentation was definitly 10/10 however I was disappointed in the coffee flavor as well as the cookie wafer cup it came in. The coffee was okay and the wafer cookie cup tasted like card board. I only took two bites and threw the cup away. I did drink all the coffee, I had a tres leche cappuccino, but it was just okay, not great. The carrot cake though was good, but again not GREAT. Sadly I didn't not get to have the Dubai chocolate croissant as it was already sold out by the time I got there. So if you want that you need to go early. Also the mocha cake had sold out. My mom had the pistachio cappuccino and a pan de bono. She also did not eat her cookie cup and though her coffee was just okay. The pan de bono was good though. Despite the lack of patience and friendliness among customers, Kaffa employees maintain a positive and friendly attitude despite the long lines that form.
