I'm the last person to buy a piece of luggage while ON vacation, but the airline seriously damaged one of our wheels and with a quick turnaround - we decided not to file a claim and just replace it ourselves. I was willing to just buy something cheap that would get us through the trip, but we ended up buying a high-quality piece (Briggs and Riley) for a screaming price!! The owner REALLY knows the ins and outs of all the brands, offered advice when asked, aimed to please for whatever we asked for, and always gave us the lowest advertised price - based on Google searches online of the exact same luggage. We ended up buying a carry-on as well because the one we had was also problematic. But if you're looking for a super reasonable, inexpensive piece that will get you through a few (or more) trips, they have those too! Recently visited Luggage Warehouse with the family, wanted to purchase a new suitcase for an upcoming trip. We were very happy with the wide variety of brand names and styles. Staff was very patient in answering our questions and showed us models that fit what we were looking for.

Since my wife and I travel often for work/play, we wanted something sturdy that will last for a long time and also looked good. I appreciated that the staff was not pushy and gave us honest feedback - regardless of the price. We ended up buying a nice Samsonite suitcase and a cute Disney princess carry on for our daughter!
