The food is mediocre. We don't really have Mexican restaurants in this area so I'll take anything I can get. My big reason for making this review is that I regularly order for takeout and the last time I ordered there was a chicken bone in my food no big deal. But this time I ordered for takeout they said it would be ready in 15 minutes I show up 20 minutes after. They wait till I arrive to tell me that the two meals that I have ordered that is supposed to have rice won't come with any because they ran out of rice. They offered salad as a substitute no big deal. But then once I confirm with them that that's okay they then decide to make it. Mind you I waited 20 minutes to show up they said it would be ready in 15, they didn't bother to call me back to tell me that the item that I ordered they wouldn't be able to fulfill but instead wait till I arrive to let me know to then decide whether or not to make my order. I found this restaurant unexpectedly, walking around the plaza, I looked at the menu and I thought, I have to give it a try. Very cozy, decoration "Coco" movie amazing, service and food delicious. I ate Taco Birria, (three tacos+consomé). Well season, but the consomé was cold, it was supposed to be hot, not even a full small bowl, just half served. They brought a small container with delicious beans, not nachos or sauce were brought to the table. The owner was very nice and told me, the story of how he started this restaurant and how he decided to do the Coco murals. They have karaoke and on Fridays, they have mariachi. Check on the prices, because the menu I saw had one price, I asked if it was the right price and the waiter told me no, that it was different (more), before they took my order.
