So I went to this place to buy a mattress, I tried a few but one caught my attention. I purchased it and it was delivered on a well timely manner. Upon opening the mattress it no longer felt like the one I tried at the show room. I was told since people are constantly lying on it that’s why it felt comfortable. I’m like really!!!! So I gotta take people to my matters to lay on it so it can get soft? So I’m here dealing with massive back pains and my wife is pregnant, I’m allowed to change it for another one that’s costing me almost 400.00 more. But there’s a restocking fee of 100.00 and I gotta pay for the new delivery l 69.00 plus tax that includes removing the old one. Mind you I paid 700.00 cash and not I’m out of almost 180.00. Which leaves me with what the mattress cost me. The manager assisted me To see if the mattress was another one and not the one I had chosen, I took it upon to go home and take a picture of the tag he saw it and said it’s the same one as the one in the show room, I’m like ok so I gotta now deal with my loss and sleep uncomfortable? He says there’s nothing he can do to waive off the restocking fee or the delivery. So if you’re reading this please ask them How Many people laid on the mattress before you purchase it so you don’t get conned out of 100.00 restocking fee nor re delivery removal fee.. I was also told by the new salesperson that the mattress wasn’t made for me and my wives weight. I’m like really so Our weight makes the matte hard as a rock?

Read moreI have always gone to this rooms to go store specifically and have never had a problem EVER. This last time I got all new furniture for our new entire residence. The day I purchased my furniture I left the store with no paperwork because I was told I would get copies when it is all delivered. After I got my delivery, I notice there was things I never told my salesperson about. My initial thought was ok, wow, look how nice! I got a free mattress protector and memory foam pillow since I spent over $10,000 on furniture. Come to find out later they were actually charging me more money for these things. Now I am stuck with about $300 in things that I never said yes to. I am appalled at the lack of empathy from Rooms to go after many years of me being a loyal customer.
