Dollar Tree — Local services in Doraville

So, I was in the area of this Dollar Tree, and decided to see if I could find 2 items that another store had run out of. I did find the items and that is why I'm giving the 2 stars on this review. The store was a terrible mess. There was absolutely no customer service coming from the 2 Asian young men that were working there. The one Asian young man was ringing up people like we were items to be rushed down a conveyer belt assembly line. He had no smile, did not acknowledge any one of the customers ..including me. He literally was chatting with the other guy the entire time he was ring up customers. He did not even look at me as he handed me my receipt by putting his arm sort of behind him. At that point, I said, "Excuse me..(no response) excuse me!" It was then that they finally looked at me and I simply told them, "That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced here." Other customers obviously agreed as they smiled at me as I told the young men that I would be doing this review. There was just nothing from them. Nothing. When you are handling my money transactions, I am gonna need you to pay attention. So, I left thinking..I won't be back to this location. At all. I was already irritated that the"Dollar" tree had nothing for an actual "dollar". I don't know why anyone still goes there. I mean it's dishonest..even Dollar General has a $1 aisle. smh And oh, I guess I had better mention the sticky floor for those that may wear flip flops in...

I visited yesterday with my husband and my 3-month-old daughter. I will never come back to this location. It's been about 5 years since I've been to this particular one and the inventory has changed so much that it is not worth going. I didn't appreciate it being followed by a Spanish worker just because we are a young black couple with their child it doesn't mean that we are thieves. The cashier may or may not have wondered why I never spoke to her and that is the reason why. Apart from the store being completely messy and unable to find anything that I came there for I was already irritated with the nonsense going around. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION IT! I DEFINITELY WILL WARN PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING THAT IS ON...

First time came to this store and would be the last time. Feb 9th, 2023. Around 2 pm. I was buying some snacks and then grabbed an empty box by the balloon section. A black young woman yelled at me, "are you taking the box ?" And I said "yes". She replied "did you ask? " I told her I would ask the cashier during checking out. She said " I am the manager here. Did you want the box ?" Wow so much attitude and arrogant. I don't understand why she needed to declare her being manager of the store. Maybe a first time manager ? I just left everything on the shelf without buying anything. She is definitely in the correct position or need further training. Ps the store...
