I am VERY UPSET 😡 about the customer service that my girls and I received at this store before we entered the store!! We were labeled as thieves; I feel like it's because of the color of our skin . I paid over 200.00 dollars for items I purchased with my debit card and misplaced my receipt but the associates told me they weren't able to look up receipts, although other stores could. Also one month ago I was able to get the ink tag left on another top I bought previous without incident and had the receipt but the customer service representative did not ask for it. I have contacted upper management but the representative over the phone giving me the run around I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME in Aeropostale EVER...

They have gotten really expensive yet their clothes are still cheaply made. One pair of panties was 8.50. Then they had a bin marked 2.99 and up but everything in the bin had regular prices on it. The employees were all too busy for me to ask. So...
