I had a bad experience where a table serving of liquid was spilled over me. However, that was not why the service was bad. The waitress tripped, and she spilled the drinks by accident. I told her that it was okay, thinking that it wasn’t on purpose. While sitting there in soaked pants and jacket , she cleaned up the walkway. I had to ask for napkins to clean up what was spilled on my clothes and seat. The area under my table was not cleaned up. I was not offered a new table. I had to ask to to speak to management after sitting there for approx 45 minutes with only my waiter reminding me that the spill was an accident and no one offering to help make my experience more comfortable. Management shared that the waitress that spilled the drink on me, didn’t offer me napkins, and didn’t clean the drink up under my feet so that I could put my feet back on the floor, expressed that I was rude to her and didn’t speak to her after she apologized(which is false, I immediately told her it was okay ) He called me rude multiple times despite me explaining that no one talked to me or checked in after the incident, and I never raised my voice.

Was a little skeptical when I walked in and looked at the menu (it looked generic). My skepticism disappeared quickly. The food: Salsa picosa (spicy salsa) was very fresh and flavorful with the right amount of heat. The masa in the tamal was moist and flavorful. The chile relleno had the right amount of cheese on it (many places put so much cheese on it that you can't taste the pablano, but not here). It was fork tender and the sauce was savory. The chiles toreados was cooked just right, but ask for grilled onions and lime with it. The service: fast and friendly. The wait staff hustled to make sure everyone had what they needed. They were a little busy, but continued to be prompt and kept a smile on their faces. The price: very reasonable. I ordered my food from the a-la-carte menu and got very full on 11 dollars. I will definitely be coming back when I work in...

If youre looking for good food or an authentic Mexican atmosphere this is not the place to go. We were sat down and asked our orders fairly quickly, this is the only positive aspect of my visit. After our orders were taken we asked for cholula sauce. Not only did it not arrive with our food but took asking another 2 times before we were finally brought the sauce. The food came out in waves instead of all at once and over half the order was forgotten or wrong. They put cheese on a hamburger when we specified no cheese, forgot tortillas for the fajitas and had to remind the server of what food we were missing. The food was either under seasoned or tasted like sour meat. It was drenched in oil and rubbery. Besides that our server rarely checked on us. We tried to flag down another staff member and he just looked ticked off and walked into the front room...
