Purchased bed July 4, 2022. Delivery scheduled for August 29. Yes it’s a long wait. Delivery date comes and during delivery timeframe window I receive a call that delivery can’t happen due to sick technician. I’m rescheduled to September 11. Customer Service tries to help getting me into an ILE model and saving me $500. Because of the model change delivery is now changed to October 22! After many calls threatening to cancel order it get updated to October 3. I’ve called many time to verify it hasn’t changed to include this morning October 3, 2022 3 hours prior to my delivery window! I just now received a phone call 1 hour prior to delivery window that there was an error in scheduling and my delivery has to be changed to NOVEMBER 11, 2022!! I’m a military member sitting in an airport going on a 3 month deployment as I receive this call. We are changing from a queen to a king size bed. Our bedroom furniture is massive so I assembled everything last night and have old mattress on floor. Now my wife and kids have to sleep like this and have a dangerous bed frame set up without a mattress in it for the next 3 months. Customer service agent could care less. I canceled the order and now waiting 7-10 days for refund. I will never consider this joke of a company for any of the 5 beds in our house again. Do yourself a favor. We replaced the air chamber at our own cost but that did not fix the problem. Technician was scheduled to come out and canceled on the scheduled date after I took off work to be home. We were told by the salesman it had a lifetime warranty only to find out it wasn’t true and we had to pay over $300 to replace the air chamber when that wasn’t the issue. I have back and body aches from this bed. We paid nearly $10,000 for this bed and every accessory to go with it and it is the worst purchase we have ever made. He was super friendly and helpful, never pushed anything on us, made sure all our needs were meet; he didn't just sell us a bed, he helped give us back our restful nights. After having been injured in a bad car wreck last year, my husband had already bought me a new adjustable bed with every pillow you can imagine for help with my neck pain since the surgery to correct the injury. Nothing helped. With Benji's guidance, I now feel like one day I'll wake up and not even realize i slept through the night, something I now believe I took for granted in my youth.
