I have given this same sonic a 4 star almost 5 stars a few months ago bc there food was so good. I have recently gone there 2 nights in a row for dinner. A burger and chicken tenders. The burger was average a little dry. The chicken tenders were horrible both nights. They were dry and had been cooked way before I came and ordered them. I have been a manager at sonic before but these chicken tenders were held in a holding bin way too long. They should have been tossed and fresh ones made. I threw them away both nights. I went back the second night to give them another chance before leaving a bad review. I just knew it was some thing beyond their control the first night. The service at the sonic is nothing short of terrible. I placed an order on the app for chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. The chicken tenders and the mozzarella sticks I requested one mozzarella sauce and one ranch for I got there and they proceeded to charge me .11 for each sauce . Since when did an order of chicken tenders not come with at least one sauce and mozzarella sticks not one marinara ? Ok; whatever , I'm not going to argue with a bunch of teenage kids over .22 who clearly don't care about their jobs . Then I get home and the chicken bites themselves are all hard pieces of batter with zero meat on them whatsoever . The mozzarella sticks are cold and stuck together . Come here pretty often and the last few times we have came the debit card machines don’t work! They try and say it’s our cards when obviously it’s not!! But tominght we came after a river day and ordered our food at 8 after sitting for over 30 minutes waiting on our food I reached out to an employee after watching one employee play with a cat and another employee play on there phone to find out our ticket had been “lost” .. after finally recovering out food it was obviously COLD and the carhop girl said they were short staffed and walked off.
