I just move to Georgia from Montana. I came to the store to have my phone screen repaired. The guys were super friendly and helpful and had a lot good information about my phone, as well as showing me the internal parts and how they function and affect my phone. They were able to replace my screen and now it looks like a brand new phone! In the process of replacing the screen, it even fixed my front camera so it is no longer blurry. When it came to paying for the repair, the price was super reasonable. They requested my ID because I was paying with a card, which was amazing because most places no longer ask for an ID. But then, the craziest thing happened. They did not think I looked like my ID because I have lost some weight since moving to Georgia. They heavily questioned it and so I requested an officer to come out and verify that it is me. They let me stay in the store while we waited and never once treated me differently. We had great conversation as well. Once the officer verified it was really my ID and my card, I was able to pay and be on my way. They apologized for the inconvenience and explained why they felt the importance to fully verify that it was me, which is totally acceptable because I would not want someone else using my card and faking my identity. Definitely recommend everyone to go there if they need repairs done on their phone. They are reasonably priced and make sure you and your device are secure...
Read moreThe owner of the store, Cody, advertises PlayStation 5’s as brand new, when in fact they are not. He sales used PS5, with 1 year warranty and sell them as BRAND NEW and sells them the same price as a PS5, in mint condition and original packaging. I told him, his advertising of the product is misleading and is not what I agreed to pay for.
After 3 weeks of giving him multiple opportunities to give me a brand new PS5, he was unable to make this right with me. He tried to sell me 2 used ps5’s and the 3rd one, he supposedly ordered, got lost in FEDEX shipping 😒. I decided to return all him items and void the Acima leasing agreement with him. I asked him multiple times to submit the customer return invoice to Acima leasing to complete the termination process and it’s been a month and a half and he still hasn’t done it. I love supporting small businesses, but he’s definitely a dishonest owner, who didn’t even seem bothered that his customer was not satisfied with their business. I had to keep reaching out to him to get an update. He rarely answers the phone or responds to texts. I wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreProbably a cool spot to hang out in the summer time because these folks are a bit shady ... The only reason why I say this is because the price changed twice on me it went from $350 to $380. Then literally as I am trying to pay the man it went from $225 to $255 ...He said he couldn't read his own hand writing , Now I don't know how much you can trust a man that can't read his own hand writing .I figure he got a little "Butt Hurt"(that's for you Alex}because I asked him to show me the PS5 works . Also they said they give me some credit on two broken PS5s I left up their , which was not true if they are just making prices up as they go along...Probably wouldn't go back plus they are itching to sell your stuff . After just two days they threaten to put my stuff up for nothing and I'm pretty positive that's how I got the PS5 I have now ..But it does work so far, that's the only reason why I give them two stars. Hopefully they enjoy the two broken PS5 , which I basically gave...
