I will NOT visit any Starbucks restaurants from here on out, ESPECIALLY this particular one. On April 20th, I ordered a sourdough grilled cheese sandwich as always, this particular time, the sandwich was OLD, COLD, and SOGGY! So very disgusting that I got sick and had to go to the doctor to get on antibiotics to kill the bacteria! Sorry I bit into that old sandwich! Who serves something like that?!! Complaining to Starbucks does NOT help because they don’t do anything AT ALL! You make a complaint, given a case number, and then nothing else! This restaurant amongst other locations need to go out of business. I will take my business to Dunkin’ Donuts as they are MUCH cheaper! I am seeking legal advice from going to the doctor and having to take time off from work from eating that disgusting sandwich!

I ordered ahead and it took about 6-10 minutes to get to the building. Waited another 5–10 minutes inside and this was what came out. I didn’t realize until I had driven away that my drink didn’t have the toppings. But my mom’s drink had separated by the time mine was finished and I got them to the car. My mocha frappe tasted good but presentation was seriously lacking.the energy frozen drink was nothing to write home about and neither of us would order that again. Especially not when it looks nothing like it’s advertised. Overall, disappointed with this stop at Starbucks. It doesn’t seem like the even tried to make our drinks look like the pictures :/ And honestly the atmosphere inside this location was so dull and felt lacking. I’ll be sticking to other Starbucks locations when I visit town.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They got my drink order wrong THREE times. I went through the drive through and ordered a caramel cocoa cluster frappuccino. I had to wait 10 minutes before I finally got to the window, when they handed me a Smores frappuccino. After leaving the window, I realized the mistake so I parked my car, walked inside and had to stand in line for 5 minutes before I got to talk to anyone. I told them the mistake and was told that they would make me a caramel cocoa cluster frappuccino, and took back the smores that they had incorrectly given me. After waiting an additional five minutes for them to make my drink, I was handed a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. I stood in line again and told the same lady that they had once again gotten my order wrong, when I was then handed the same smores frap they had tried to give me previously. I handed it back and once again told her my original order. They then proceeded to give the smores and caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino to other customers, after they were given to me. For all they knew I could have spit in them (which I didn't) but isn't it common knowledge to not resell the drinks? I was FINALLY given the correct drink, and the time on it was 20 minutes prior to when I got it- probably from when I ordered it the first time. At this point I'd had enough and just left with my melted (and terrible tasting) frap. After all the trouble and time wasted, I wasn't offered anything, not even a single apology. They acted as though it was my fault that they kept getting my order wrong. I will NEVER go back to...

Dear Starbucks Customer Care Team,

I have been a loyal Starbucks supporter since 2000, consistently enjoying both the quality of your products and the welcoming atmosphere in your stores. I truly appreciate the cleanliness, professionalism, and friendliness that represent the Starbucks brand.

Recently, however, I have been disappointed by repeated issues at the Douglasville, GA location on Chapel Hill Road. Since shifting to mobile ordering for the double star promotion, I have experienced four consecutive incorrect orders, including:

Whipped cream added to a drink when it should not have been.

Twice receiving a sandwich with cheese, despite my request otherwise.

A Caramel Macchiato prepared instead of a Mocha.

I understand that mistakes happen, but four consecutive errors suggest a pattern of inattention. My biggest concern is whether substitutions such as oat milk are being followed correctly—this is a dietary need, not just a preference.

I share this feedback because I value Starbucks and want this location to reflect the same standard of quality I’ve come to expect over many years. I kindly ask that order accuracy at this store receive closer attention.

This starbucks is literally the worst. Regardless of whether or not they are busy, they always get something wrong. I have worked in the food service industry for a few years and I understand that sometimes you have busy days, and sometimes not everything goes perfectly. But we have tried this particular establishment time and time again always to the same end. How hard could it possibly be to make a drink with ice and not hot? Lol. I mean, it's the middle of the summer why on earth would I want a hot drink? Haha. I mean, come on, are you using common core to make your drinks? I feel like if Starbucks is going to be so bold as to hike their prices up then the service should at least match. Not even in the way of making the drink correctly, but the staff here is always so inattentive and unprofessional. And slow, oh my God how can you be so slow? We have slowly been making the transition to drinking Dunkin Donuts which is for one; cheaper, and for two; better. Starbucks has officially lost a customer. And if you don't change something either with your less than exemplary staff, or with your less than coherent business model, many more customers will follow suit, and the world will...
