I am so infuriated right now. I go through the process of financing a washer and dryer from this place. Rules are, no refunds, only exchanges or store credit. I see why. Both washing machines were faulty. One didn't wash, exchanged for one that doesn't spin the water out. I had to unload the clothes and leave approx 10 pieces of clothing for the machine to spin the water out after 3 tries. I also purchased a dryer. I was happy with the dryer because FINALLY something was working. I was wrong. Set dryer for 80 mins. Clothes were STILL damp!!!! Not only am I out $1000 for these appliances, but I also had to pay their 3rd party delivery driver for each exchange, AND I still have to pay the finance company back for a loan I wasn't able to benefit from. I'M OVER IT!!! I regret ever coming...

My husband and I went to this place on Saturday and bought 4 major appliances from them. My husband and Joseph went back and forth about the prices since we were purchasing so much. My husband asked him how much out the door. He quoted the price. We received an invoice and a receipt with the price we all agreed on. He informed us that this total is 101 days same as cash/zero interest. He also wrote this disclaimer on the invoice. Two days later now we are being told the invoice is increasing $300 plus dollars. Joseph/Yousef NEVER disclosed this information. We called him about the bait and switch and now he is acting clueless.
