WE ARE A SLEEP FACILITY. WE HIRED PRG AFTER HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER BILLING COMPANY. KEELA CAME TO US AND PITCHED A GREAT DEAL FOR THEIR SERVICES. PRG DID GOOD THE FIRST YEAR OF WORKING WITH THEM. THEY FOUND SO MANY MISTAKES WHICH WE WERE GRATEFUL FOR. AFTER THE FIRST YEAR, MANY PROMISES WERE BROKEN THAT KEELA SAID THE BILLING COMPANY WOULD HANDLE. THIS COMPANY MADE FRAUDULANT ENCOUNTERS AND WERE BILLING THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. KEELA SAID WE WOULD HAVE A TEAM THAT WOULD BE JUST FOR US. THAT TEAM CHANGED TOO MANY TIMES WITHOUT US KNOWING. THEY EVEN GOT A NEW CEO AND WE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THAT!! WE ALSO HAVE RECEIPTS FROM KEELA THAT THE PEOPLE WE WERE DEALING HAD DIFFERENT NAMES. THEY POSE TO BE AMERICAN BUT ACTUALLY WERE OVER SEAS. WE NOTICED THEM LOGGING IN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TRYING TO GET OUR PASSWORDS. EVERY TIME I ASKED FOR THE HEAD MANAGER TO SCHEDULE A MEETING, THEY WOULD ALWAYS ASK FOR A ZOOM MEETING WERE NO ONE SHOWED THERE FACES, INCLUDING KEELA WHO IS IN AMERICA! A LOT OF ACCTS WERE NOT FINISHED BY PRG LEAVING PTS TO HAVE BALANCES OR CREDITS. WE TERMINATED THIS COMPANY SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE FRAUDULANT ENCOUNTERS THAT SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN IN OUR SYSTEM. THEY ALSO PUT OTHER EMPLOYEE NAMES ON THE POST BILLING AND THOSE EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN DEAL WITH BILLING. WE HAD SEVERAL MEETING ABOUT REMOVING FROM OUR TEAM AND THEY DID NOT COMPLY! KEELA YELLED AT ME THRU TEXT SAYING SHE CANT ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE FOR ME AS IF I CALLED HER 24/7. WE WROTE EMAILS TO THIS COMPANY CONSTANTLY ASKING THEM WHY ARE THEY BILLING COURTESY VISITS... NO REPLY. THE POINT IS THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH HAVING FOR A BILLING COMPANY. OUR CONTRACT ENDED IN MARCH AND WE LOCKED THEM OUT OF OUR SYSTEM BUT FOR SOME REASON, THREE PEOPLE FROM PRG HAVE BEEN IN OUR ACCT AS OF TODAY 6/5/2025!!!! MARCUS HOLMES WHO REAL NAME IS MAAZ HASHMI HAS ACCESSED OUR ACCT ALL THIS WEEK! WHY ARE THEY STILL IN OUR ACCTS? WHY ARE THEY NOT REPLYING TO OUR EMAILS ASKING WHY ARE THEY STILL I OUR ACCT. THEY ALSO REMOVED SOME CLAIMS THAT OUR NEW BILLER IS WORKING ON! THIS HAS NOW BECOME A BIGGER PROBLEM. WE HAVE STARTED TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS. THE AUTHORITIES AND OUR LAWYER HAVE BEEN CONTACTED AND ARE WORKING EXPEDITIOUSLY TO GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED. IM AMERICAN AND ALL OF MY COMMENTS ARE TRUE. I HAVE SAVED TEXTS AND EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY WILL BE NOTIFIED SOON....THATS IF THE REAL HEAD QUARTERS...

Rep is SUPER pushy and when I ask to be taken off the list, they insist they will call back at another time. My workplace is not included in here so you will not find me as your client. But I just have to leave a negative review on your marketing practices and cold calling potential clients. When someone says they are not interested and to not call back, you need to respect that and move on. Not try to continue to push your agenda.

This is what I am talking about! Its almost predatory. Stop going after people in this manner. When they say they don't want to be contacted, acknowledge and respect that.
