UPDATE 2 years later:
We have two children under the age of 10 and have had many birthday parties at the Get Air in Downers Grove. We always have a great experience with our hosts and our guests always have a great time. I like that the facility is not too big so we can easily spot the party crew but it’s not super small where everyone is bumping into each other. We had my son‘s 4th birthday here yesterday and had a wonderful time. Lela was our host and Mali was the manager on duty. They were both amazing and very attentive/super friendly. I appreciate their level of customer service and care. This is why we continue coming back. Everyone in our party always has a great time.
Side note: Not sure if they already have one but Get Air should invest in a good cleaning crew. I’m not saying to add more onto the host or manager‘s plate. They should hire a crew specifically to focus on the cleanliness of each party room.
————————————————————————————— Celebrated our little guy turning 2! We have a big family with lots of little ones and a good amount of teenagers and young adults that still love to have fun. Our party was a hit!
Everyone enjoyed themselves and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Specifically Houston and the woman working with him (I forgot to get her name). With it being Saturday, they were swamped a lot of times but they were still very prompt any time we needed assistance. Totally...
Read moreI usually bring my kids here multiple times a month, but we’ve been busy lately so it’s been a while. My oldest suggested to take them there once again so I easily complied, because they needed a day away from everything going on. And now I will be taking them somewhere else. When we walked in I immediately realized how rundown the place had become. Everything seemed dull and no longer bright and happy like the last time I took them here. I checked us in like usual and the workers didn’t even smile at us. We felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Whenever I take my kids to places to have fun and be happy I want to make sure it’s the best time for them. This time it was not. All of the employees were standing there in a group talking about god knows what. Nobody was watching the kids who could’ve been getting hurt and they were all very judgy and rude. Some of the trampolines seemed broken, most of the springs being off. And when one of the employees WAS doing their job, it was to yell at me kid for jumping in the pit. Is that not what you’re supposed to do? 2/3 of my kiddos left terribly upset because they didn’t have any fun. My other kid is only 3 so he didn’t really understand what was happening other than to jump on the trampolines. I...
Read moreCame here one Saturday evening with my six and three-year-old. We have been to a dozen other trampoline jump parks, and I can say this has been one of the better experiences at such a park.
As soon as you walk in, walk to the left, where you will find the computers to sign the waivers. The other side of that wall is where customer service is. There was no wait when I arrived, yet the park was modestly busy.
I like that there is a climbing area for my three-year-old. It helps keep him busy as it's the safest given his height and age. It also has a place for him to jump away from the bigger kids.
I noticed four party rooms here. There was only one party going on.
My kids had a good time. Although the place was a little busy, the energy in the air was much calmer. Didn't notice much rowdy ness.
The bathrooms were clean. They have lockers and cubby holes to store your items. You can bring a lock and use it on their lockers. Lockers were free!
Such a great experience. I ended up signing up for the yearly...
