I have plenty of Duluth clothes, for work and casual wear. This company has it right when it comes to sizes. If you're a 2X, then you don't have to worry about if it's a 2X made for someone with a small frame. It's an American 2X! I haven't had any issues with their clothes at all; underwear, t-shirts, pants, or shorts. I bought a pair of work boots that won't make it a year, but that's a different story. I've been to a couple of their stores, but I frequent the Downers Grove store. I always have a good time their. The employees are helpful, funny, and will help you the best way they can. The only reason why I'm giving them four stars is because their stores are spread pretty far apart, which doesn't make it very convenient to shop. They are on the expensive side, but if you sign up for their emails, you can catch a good sale. I recommend their Duluth Flex line of wear - the dry on the fly stuff is excellent in hot weather! The firehose line of pants are pretty durable too, but are HOT when the temps rise. Throw them on in the fall and they're pretty good at keeping the chill off of your legs. You absolutely cannot go wrong with their underwear either! Extremely comfortable. I and my son's have them. Excellent Christmas gifts in that...

I came here back in October. I did not have a good experience here. I made a purchase online and went to pick up my order, which I had gotten a message saying it was ready to pick up. I drove an hour to pick this up When I got there it wasn't ready. While I waited for it to get put together I asked if someone could help me look for another pair of pants because I was told the one pair of pants I had bought for my son, was no longer in stock. It seemed like they were all too busy to help me. There was a middle-aged woman behind the.counter who was too busy marking products to help me the middle aged man was not very pleasant or helpful, and he sent a teenage guy who really didn't know anything about the pants to help me. I was so frustrated and thought I'm never going there again. My boys really like their products . I think they are overpriced, and if their customer service continues to be like that, they will be out of business soon. Also, the pair of pants I did buy started showing stretch marks, and it's been less than 5 months since...

Yes I enjoy shopping here and so can you, it pays to buy quality apparel. You can also purchase on-line and pick-up at the store for free. Just picked up some shoremans fleece and waterproof gloves, that go nicely with my shoremans fleece winter coat. And recently purchased some firehouse fleece lined pants in anticipation of this extra cold weather here. So now the wind can blow as it may, as the fleece lining keeps the snow and cold away, leaving you snug and warm. Instead of cold and damp. The comfort of the pants lets you move around too. Friendly customer service here always someone to help you. And if need be nicely done restrooms. A sitting area for watching the best commercials, and something to drink too.
