Harbor Freight — Local services in Downey

I have been to the Downey landing store often. Most times they have been a little rude, one time service was super great but today was the worst, so bad I left my purchase there and walked out. I went in looking for an easy up, and a couple spare buckets. Walked through the store and did not see any on the floor. Went to the front where three gals that worked there were talking, one stepped forward (apparently annoyed that a customer dare approached three gals on the sales floor in the middle of their conversation) and asked what I wanted, I had a coupon pulled up on my phone she responded aisle 15. So we went to aisle 15, looked up and down back and forth could not find it. So I figured well last time I bought something like that they rang it up and had someone pull.it from the back so that is what I figured they would do. I got in line and waited, then one of the gals asked if we were in line we said yes, then she said there is one line on aisle 8, hmmm the floor was maked for individual lanes but ok, so I went and joined the line on aisle 8. When we got to the front, they called next I started walking over and then she called they guy behind us and cut us off, I set my stuff down and walked out. They have some serious customer service issues at this store and I will not be at Harbor Freight...

I heard about harbor freight from close friends. I had visited new location in Downey, ca. I like what seing while walking throughout the store and pick up several things. While checking out at register I told cashier I had left my coupon in car if he could wait to go crab it to get discount. He said no worries I could gave it to you anyway. I said that's very nice of you. I had purchase several items with large discount with coupon.so I trusted the cashier to keep his word by having me the coupon prices in the end he only gave me $13off of total bill. But when I had look at coupon just one items from my purchase should be discounted $20. I had went back to talk to manager what I came out to findout cashier was manager and clearly told me that discount with coupon. But that what said prior of purchase I could have move on side walk to my car and grab the coupon. So it said when you put trust in...

Somewhere between 2-3 stars. I cant be roo heard, it looks like they only had three staff members but still. I was in a long wait in line, when its my turn i ask for assistance to get an item, the cashiee tells me the manager is om his way. So i wait, and sometime goes by and i see an associate helping someome that came after me.... I waited more, and finally checked in again with the cashieer .. she totally forgot about me, and was like "what did you need again". Turns out thay asdociate that came was the manager. When i speak to him he shows me another spot in the store with the item. Turns out i didnt need someone to oull one down. It would have been helpful if the cashier could have told me that. Long story short.... What should have been a 15 minute trip, ended up taking about 2 hours..... I also saw some other upset...
