Staples — Local services in Downey

So I went to this store to make an Amazon return. There's only 1 person assisting check out and Amazon returns. This employee with the name of "MOISES" is helping all the in coming check outs, while the Amazon returns line is getting longer and we are completely being disregarded. No word out of his mouth to let us know he'll be right with us. He's finally done with the check out line and proceeds to assist the returns. Again, no greeting word out of mouth. Moves on to scans the bar code and says you're all done. (NO RECEIPT). When I requested a receipt the answer was "the printer is not working!" How lame of an answer is that. Hello!! Doesn't Staples carry printers!!! While all this is happening the store manager (man with ponytail) is walking up and down the store and does not care to assist the line. If MOISES doesn't have any people/customer skills, why is he working at customer service?? He looks miserable working there. This must be the same guy other recent reviews refer to....

They need to communicate better with customers and use words and lingo not familiar to only Staples employees. I was directed to a station after wanting just wanting ONE SIMPLE COPY. I couldn't get it to print. So I stood up and tried to wave someone down for help but everyone was busy talking to other employees, Including the assistant manager. They also took a while to tend to me so time was still running and i was being charged by the minute. I ended up paying almost $5 for one copy vs. 13¢. All, the assistant, Rodney had to say was, next time do it "this way" and "it was a miscommunication." Yet i still paid for that "miscommunication". I'm Never returning. Better off going to Kinkos where everyone is helpful and...

Worst customer service provided at this location. I was about to return an item but the associate Thomas Arredondo decided to "not return our money back" since we bought at a different store(Corona). It clearly says in their receipt "full return is available at the customer service desk of each U.S Staples store" he clearly has no love for his job either for his customers. Then he went to his Manager he is another rude guy who said I can only give you store credit if not call corporate office. I would never refer to any one to go buy at Staples. Take your money to another store who would treat you like...
