I got to say my experience at this GameStop has been real great. The staff are real friendly, real knowledgeable about games. The store is always kept clean always smell clean everything real well organize definitely shout out to the staff and the staff manager for doing a amazing job keeping a store real organized thank you for giving me a great customer service Great experience definitely recommended to anyone. I was looking for deals on the store when i saw CALL OF DUTY INFINITE WARFARE for 9.99 with the call of duty modern warfare remastered bundle used. I asked JENNIFER the store emplyee behind the register if both games were included in the disc. She very positively said yes. I was very exited and bought the game. When i got home i saw that the disc only contained one game and the other was a digital download which of course it was redeemed. I bought it on Thursday and i said to my self its ok ill take back next thursday i could bring it back within 7 days but no they told me it was technically 8 days and i coulnt get credit for it. They Tried to explain to me that a game I preordered didn’t come with any bonuses and when I tried to tell the guys who work there that I had proof it did (this was a game I ordered months in advance bc I’m very into the series) they wouldn’t listen to me and made fun of me.
