I’ve typically bought my olive oils at large grocery stores… but that changed once I discovered this cute gourmet olive oil and balsamic vinegar store in the heart of Doylestown. If you are looking for flavorful oils and vinegars, don’t miss a visit to this store! From the first sip of oil that I tasted (yes, you can sip the oil, or you can dip a piece of bread in it to try) it was a transformational experience for me! The oil taste so FRESH!!! They carry some really nice flavors as well!! My favorite way to use the oils is to dip bread, make pesto, salad dressings, and cook pasta in. Olive Oil Etcetera is a wonderful shop located right in the heart of Doylestown. Aside from superb quality products, the staff are extremely personable and helpful. My most favorite product is the "Fig Balsamic Vinegar" - it's become a pantry staple for my house! My most favorite use for it is to drizzle it over toast that is spread with fresh avocado, salt and pepper. Stopped by and was pleasantly surprised. They have a large selection of flavored/infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction for a product that would fit my needs. Prices are reasonable and there is ample parking in the back of the marketplace.
