What a GEM!!! (Pun well intended). My wife absolutely loves Peyton Jewelry. She has many many pieces including bracelets, necklaces and today she purchased the candle and "beach roller". They both smell awesome. I have seen the many amazing pieces of jewelry my wife purchased, but todays review was brought on by my actual visit to the shop. While we were walking in town, my wife decided to stop into the store to see the new products. The store is in a very cute little alley way in Doylestown and is the vibrant, upbeat and fun. The outside presentation and window displays just draws you in to a well lit and uniquely designed shop. Tons of amazing pieces that I found out were MADE LOCALLY IN DOYLESTOWN. As my wife browsed I actually got to meet the husband and wife owners, Kristi and Shawn. They were two of the most honest, caring and sweet people you ever wanted to meet. We continued to chat as my wife made her way around the shop, assisted by a very knowledgeable sales associate. As I spoke to the owners and found out their products are made in Doylestown, they asked me if I wanted to go see the studio. Well I could not pass up the opportunity and we walked just a few blocks away to their studio. It was really cool to see all of the different types of clasps, beads, charms and such that go into the making the variety of uniques products. I could have stayed an hour longer talking to Kristi and Shawn but I needed to go back to the store and pick up my wife.

I bought earrings last week, but no one, at the time of purchase, said they were not refundable. After I bought them I found out that the person they were for does not like that type of jewelry so I returned to the store today, 6 days after buying them to get my money back. They never came out of the bag or were touched. Upon getting to the store I found out they do not refund money under any circumstances. I feel this is completely unfair. I live about one hour away and am not in the area very often and have no other need for the credit. I am now stuck with a store credit that will most likely never be utilized. They should have definitely explained the store policy when I bought them and not assume everyone sees the sign up front. Most people do not look at those things due to the fact they are trying to pay for their purchase and not check out all the stuff up front. The earrings were not cheap. I would have really appreciated the store showing some understanding and, in this instance, refunding my money. I will never be shopping at your store again.

Non-local Buyers Beware! Purchased several items from this store while on vacation and several pieces broke within 1-3 months of purchase. The timing was such that I was able to drop off one broken item at one of their other stores and it was promptly repaired and mailed back to me.

For another repair, I emailed the store 5 times between 12/1/22 and 1/15/23 both directly and from their website as advised in their policy. Despite contacting them using two different emails listed on their website, I got no response. I called their main store, and was only told to email using the same address I had already tried. When I explained there had been no response to my emails, I was asked to leave my name and number and someone would contact me. This was months ago, and I still have not received a return call or email.

It would cost me more in travel expenses to drive to one of their stores to get this item repaired. Their guarantee seems to only be fulfilled if you can go to one of their stores because they didn't respond to emails or...
