This happened back in March of this year (2018) but bothered me still till this day and I donāt have anything better to do so I would love to take some time to give it a one star lol. I went to the store with the intention to buy A LOT of bags. Why? Because Iām having a bridal shower and I was going to buy a bag for every lady that was coming to my bridal shower. HOWEVER, staff whoever decided that he/she needed to come over and tell me there was a limite of bags a person may purchase. If I remember correctly, I was told 32 items each person. There were two of us and yes I had a lot of bags in my hand during that time (call me a crazy bride to be lol). I was rather offended by this to be honest while I was in the midst of shopping because in all honesty, I WASNāT GOING TO BUY 64 OR MORE OF ITEMS DAM YOU lol. When I got to the register to pay, I only had a total of 26 items all together lmfao! So, next time you see someone buying a lot of items, pls donāt ASSUME itās some crazy a$$ person getting cheap MK bags to resell AND it may be nice to tell your client about the limit of items once he or she is at the register because in the case he or she wasnāt even going to reach the limit then you will end up with a customer like me who is EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE THAT EVEN AFTER SO MANY MOONS LATER SHE CANT FORGET AND HAVE TO COME ON HERE AND LEAVE YOU AN AWESOME 1 STAR REVIEW! Loved her to life ā„ļøā„ļø So we were here visiting in Florida and while at the mall we encountered a very rude lady at Gucci (just stopped in to window shop) long story short when I finally got to my intended store!!!!! Ms Heather wasnāt falling all over Us as if we didnāt belong (our presence was very welcomed here) after a few minutes of being aww struck Heather politely asked if she could help AND WHEN I TELL YOU SHEāS THE BOMB. Com TRUST ME. Heather was very knowledgeable about your purses, she didnāt try and over sell me on anything and EVERYTHING I ASKED ABOUT SHE HELPED ME WITH!!! I canāt say enough about the experience that I had in your store. If I wasnāt sold on MK I am now!!!! I had previously received my first Mk for my birthday and when I left I ended up with the Motherās Day gift set in black, the pink and grey book bag, matching wallet, and the cross body small bag spent about 1-1:30 hr and trust me Itās well worth the time . I was allowed to browse without rush, face mask were being worn, everyone respected one another person space (thatās bc your store is so welcoming omg), and this was just the BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN THIS STORE AND MALL. I really hope this isn't the type of customer service that is taught to all store employees, my wife was really set on getting a Michael Kors purse backpack with the matching wallet and now I personally don't want to contribute my funds towards a company that has employees who blatantly lie to store patrons. He said the website and Google were incorrect and that he would inform corporate of the misinformation. I as well will be calling corporate about the employees behavior. This was basically like me being an accountant and saying call the IRS if you don't like what I tell you when that is my job. There were so many other ways to handle the situation and to make sure that loyal customers remain happy. Since Alberto really picked up the slack for the other manager I am changing my rating...
