Zales Outlet — Local services in Dr. Phillips

I live locally in Orlando and honestly do not love to venture out to the outlet mall knowing that no matter what time of year, there will be crowds because of our heavy tourist traffic. However, I have a number of jewelry pieces that have diamond bonds that require inspection twice a year, many of which were originally purchased through Gordan's Jewelers throughout the years. Slowly as those jewelry stores closed I found myself getting my inspections and purchasing some additional pieces at Zales which is considered a sister store. There are a number of Zales stores throughout the Orlando area and I have visited a number of them, but the staff and actually the manager here at this outlet store is by far one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and most efficient group of people I have worked with throughout the years. Since Covid restrictions have hit over the past two years, you need to make appointments for your inspections and it is often difficult to schedule those when you are trying to call during peak times of the day when they are trying to service customers in the store. I can tell you that this group of people are so kind and friendly and so accommodating that they bend over backwards to service people and help everyone that they can as quickly as possible. As luck would have it, my inspections are always due at the peak holiday times when most people gift jewelry which can mean long lines and frustrating wait times. I just couldn't let this team not get the kudos they deserve for being such a service oriented group, led by such a great manager. She is a gem!! I will continue to brave the outlets solely for the inspections because it is worth it to know that I am working...
