Villa Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

Had a terrible experience with this place today. I placed an order on 12/4 to be delivered 12/20 to my office for a Christmas lunch at my office for 12 people. Order never arrived. Caterer verified this was accepted & reconfirmed with the restaurant. Yet somehow they say they never received it. Thanks to this I was so beyond embarrassed & had to improvise last minute. Great personable staff. The woman I worked with today around noon was wearing a red shirt and a black/white mask. She was awesome. As a retail general manager, I would’ve gave her a job on the spot if I were back in my home state. Very rude. They over charged me. When I try to ask of an explanation of the receipt I got the same rude response from the manager. My order was for 6 slices of pizza, 2 garlic rolls , 3 sodas and one small side of the mac and cheese. They charged me for 3 meals $29.25,one small vegetable deluxe sl 5.80, one sl value meal 10.50 and 4 sodas....
