As much as I shop in Tommy Hilfiger, I was upset about my experience here today. And beyond disgusted. First of all, my son loves TH clothes and I buy almost all of his clothes at the stores and online because they have his size and he likes the clothes. Today, I decided to shop for myself (and I just happen to be wearing TH clothing) I saw some pants, my size and wanted to try them on. My significant other was with me in the line, we were behind a Caucasian couple, blond hair blue eyes. The stall directly in front of me has 3 people in it. So the attendant takes the couple and brings them into one stall, they were together. When it was my turn, I tried to go in and she said only one person. I was livid, I just watched you let a couple go into one together. So I said no, he’s coming in with me. She threatened to get the manager, I said that’s fine. What I don’t like, is do not implement a rule with me and not everyone else. That’s not ok. And as much as I hate making it a race issue, you clearly isolated me for what reason, I don’t know but my conclusion is we had a little more melanin than the rest. Lost my business at this store. We thoroughly enjoyed the VIP treatment and our clients were very impressed and more than happy to shop! The employees were so helpful and, even though it was extremely busy, the staff kept an upbeat attitude and a smile on their face and in their voice. It was very hard not comparing them to the other stores we visited where you could tell the employees were very unhappy with their job and some were downright angry. Read moreI was at the store and I bought a lot of clothing after I go outside because it was extremely frizzing to get a little warm when I go back to to store to find my car than was parking across they don’t allow me to enter because the store was recently close, it was 3 minutes before 9pm, I knock the window asked to please open the door, 2 ladies coming to me and tell me than was close , I was in high heels with a kid crying next to me and even like this the 2 ladies did not open the door just to get my car. I understand the store was close, but was 3 minutes before the time and plus always you can make an exception just to cross the store to get to the parking exit .
