Shake Shack Orlando Premium - Food Court — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

Just an average experience at the Shake Shack. We’ve been to several all over the country and this one didn’t live up to expectations.

We did like the ordering kiosks/stations where you can select your food and customize it, pay for it, and enter your phone number for a text when the order is ready. Super convenient.

The seating area was really dirty. The few open tables were all covered with grease and crumbs from previous diners. We had to get a stack of napkins and wet them down and scrub the table. To be fair we did see an employee later wiping tables down, but it was well into our meal. The table as dirty enough that when I stood up and brushed against the side to go get napkins it left a large stain on my shirts from the unknown substance on the table (burger pieces/grease). Frustrating.

The burger was good. Good flavor, good temperature. The chicken was very dry for some reason. I’m not sure if it had been cooked earlier or had been under the heat lamp.

The cheese fries were average and so were the bacon cheese fries. The cookies and cream shake was pretty decent, although be prepared to pay extra for whip cream. Weird.

Went to shake shack for dinner with friends and it was alright. It was my first time going and the drive through speaker was broken which happens but then when a worker came out to take my order they seemed so angry to be at work and taking orders. We asked for one or two ingredients to be on the side of our burgers since we were sharing and the lady seemed a little confused on how to do that. After that we paid and waited for our food at the window. The lady at the window gave us a total and asked us to pay again…which we didn’t we told her we already paid which threw her off and she sorta scrambled to figure out what we had. The food was really good so that’s not the problem. But the problem is the manager she is rude and had a huge attitude. And she would smile like nothings wrong and she would just talk to her workers instead of getting orders done. I don’t know how to explain it but she would sugarcoat but with a smile. Oh yeah and I asked for some ShakeSauce after I received my order and some lady had way too much of a damn attitude. She didn’t even say something like “ok” or “I got you”. She looked so unhappy with her life and when I went to put my hand out to get the sauce she just threw it into the bag like we’re back in school and a piece of paper is a basketball and we throw it into the trash can like it’s a...
