i got to be honest i went last night 9/16 around 10pm i just moved to this area and i wanted to fund a Walgreens to make it my main store to go to! but what a tornado those lady's in the front taking forever speaking Spanish and i do understand Spanish , (that lady maria jose) i ask her please can you please scan my items and then resume your conversation to your coworker and she say excuse me sir we are not runners. she was speaking about a guy Bryan no showing to work making excuses and she covering his excuses , he playing the manager and the ladys actually saying we know the real reason why he don't come to work but who care we take care of each others....what type of job environment is this ? are the supervisor aware of this nasty behavior ? no integrity no politeness ? no loving what you do ? its very unpleasant specially been the fact its a store in the middle of tourist , shame on you Walgreens teach your employees manners and to talk less about personal life and job related issues in front of costumers. what a rude store ...i guess welcome to Orlando ! i hope they hired new ppl and provide better service sometimes its not the company fault but they should have better training for this employees she was more about the gossip...
Read moreOn vacation from UK, I have visited several times this week. Staff friendly and approachable. However, just after 9pm, I picked up what I needed, went to register and was met with Dionne, I put my basket on counter, Dionne mumbled something? Apparently I was to take my items from basket and place on counter!! I asked where I should put basket, to which she replied in a discourteous tone, ' From where you retrieved it' there were no pleasantries exchanged, (example; usually greeted with 'good evening, y'all having a nice time') I was then asked for ID for my wine, with a look of utter contempt and eye rolling, while I dug in to my purse for passport. Dionne's whole demeanor and attitude was hostile. My 8 year old granddaughter asked me why the lady was mean!!! I paide for my purchases, and told Dionne that she was rude, to which she replied with complete acidity in her tone ' thank you, have a good evening'. I am visiting from UK and have vacationed in Orlando many times, I have found everyone to be friendly and helpful . Dionne at cash register was nothing but rude, no social skills and certainly no customer service skills. Does Dionne think it is smart and clever to treat people with contempt? She needs...
Read moreI thought today was going to be just a normal day like any other until I decided to stop by the photo shop inside Walgreens at 8021 International Dr, Orlando Florida 32819, to print some pictures. I have done this numerous of times and I never had any problems but today for some reason I couldn't get the application to work and I was getting frustrated when all of the sudden I spotted this young lady associated who seemed to be in a rush to be some where and I called her for assistance and I explained to her what happened and she asked me if I have downloaded the Walgreens application to my phone and I said no which she informed me the perks of having it and how much time I can saved. She took her time walking me through the application and the best part is that she made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Also, she was very attentive, informative, respectful and courteous, all of these qualities are hard to find in young people this days. She provided an outstanding customer service which have customers coming back. She's an asset to your organization and excellent example for others to follow. The only regret that I have is I didn't get the chance to...
