Walt Disney World Store — Local services in Dr. Phillips

2 ladies help me today locate a pullover hoodie I had been hunting for since I seen it in magic kingdom. Magic kingdom only had size small. I was looking for a large. These ladies went above and beyond to help me locate the shirt in the Disney world system as well as other store locations that have it in stock. She called another store and requested management hold the hoodie for me. I was able to go right over to pick up the hoodie AND matching pants to the set. So huge thank you and praise Ty and I THINK the others name is Audrey. And also Raphael at the other location although all he had to do was wait for me to show up but I am over the moon. So if you carve out a VERY small corner of the Disney store at Disney Springs, this place is what you’d get. I highly advise against making a special trip to come here unless you’re already in the area. There’s absolutely nothing special about this place and they don’t have anything you can’t get at Springs or any of the parks… yes that includes a $5 bottle of coke. Not sure what the thought process was when they were planning this store, but I wouldn’t be shocked if the close it after the lease is up. The only thing it has going for it is presentation. This store is so small, it’s not worth the trip. Why they have a parking garage dedicated to such a tiny store is beyond me. The huge electronic display on top of the building makes it look like a nice big store with lots of shopping, but you will be disappointed once you walk through the door. Plus they have no restrooms; the staff tells you to go to Walgreens or McDonalds across the street. Huge waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go to the Character Warehouse at the Premier Outlet...
