Dillman Square is quickly becoming the most popular destination in the upper third of Utah. It's places like Grommetdaise and the EMT store that bring both locals and tourists flocking to this tiny parking area like a flock of crows. Sometimes crows, however, can be aggressive. Just watch Alfred Hitchcock's "Birds" to know how serious the problem could become. But if too many people come to Dillman Square, my suspicion is that the limited parking would drive many of the tourists away, so it probably wouldn't become overcrowded or infested, and I doubt there would be a whole lot of crime. I don't realistically consider the whole flock of crows situation to be one that we should dwell on too much. Otherwise, this shopping center is truly amazing. There are edifices full of anything from food to materials. There are parking stalls and sidewalks. It's really an...
Read moreI like this square. Good food options. Tooth center if that sweet spot hits it ; ) Very easy parking and wide grass, or snow strips in-between, depending on what time of year to chill or build a snow man on after a big meal or a little one. Or even to eat on like a picnic. There is a Papa John's right there on the corner. When there, I heard a nice bell chiming, if it belongs to that square, keep it! Not many places where one can hear that lovely sound these days - it was a breath of fresh air, well an ear of fresh bell. It is clean and well assembled. There are some other interesting stores I would like to visit in the future. brushes...
Read moreMy wife and I found this place to be a hybrid of a cafe and delicatessen. The food was a few steps above Denny's and IHOP. The descriptions made the entrees sound completely delectable. But the outcome left much to be desired. The delectable pastries and desserts heavily outweighed the entrees in every definition of the word. This place is perfect for a girl's lunch or GNO's, and for those who love to overspend on food. The seating was an even bigger disappointment. My wife and I were forced to eavesdrop on conversations that had I raised my elbows I could have bumped my neighbor who was a total stranger to...
