Edit* The owner thought that posting absolute lies about me would make me delete this review stating that I was rude and used the F word to one of their staff. I 100% would absolutely never ever do that to anyone, and was nice and kind to her in the brief 5 second conversation. If you have met my mother you would know that she most definitely was kind as well. I have a teenager myself and there is no situation possible that I would ever speak to someone else that way. The only person who was rude was the owner. Again, this is his version of "service" all over a $30 sweater that a customer wanted to exchange for a different size. Crazy. **Their stuff is great, overpriced, but what boutique isn't. THE OWNER does not care if you shop there ever again. As most people who like this store, I live about an hour away and travel to Dripping springs on weekends sometimes to visit my parents. Bought a sweater and asked if I could exchange it for a different size next time I was in town if it didn't fit. I missed the 2 week window and when I tried at 3 weeks to exchange for a smaller size it was a firm NO. For a sweater that was still in pristine condition with tags and receipts. And still being sold in the store. All I wanted was store credit to buy something else where I would have definitely spent more money, or an exchange for a different size. The owner did not care in the slightest. Just NOPE. I said I was just about to come in and buy a mirror and plate set from your other store this weekend and this service is not making me want to really do that. His response was fine, don't. Unfortunately myself and my mother who tried to return this for me will not be shopping...

I bought a Christmas present for my and I specifically asked if I could return it. The lady at the register said as long as I returned it by Jan 1, I could get a store credit. I purchased the item on the Sunday before xmas. When we tried to return it the store said no returns even though we explained to them that the lady that sold us it said it could be returned. The owner would not talk to us. We had to grab the cell phone of the person working there to talk to the owner. The owner stood firm, all for a $30 item. Never going...
