My husband and I had just relocated to the area and needed a washer and dryer immediately. So we decided to go to and see if Aaron's had what we wanted because the delivery time for everyone else was weeks out. When we first walked in, the young lady was busy. So my husband asked the young man that was in the store if he would help him because he was frustrated trying to get answers from the other salesperson. We could not even tell you her name because when my husband asked if we were bothering her she said no I have to get my inventory done and continued go about her business and the young man by the name of Prince was nice enough to finish helping us. Then, as my husband was finishing the paperwork and a lady by the name of Amy came in and Prince, explained to us that she would help us from this point on. Amy messed up and caused my husband to have to redo everything, and then she kept asking the same questions over and over. I, as well as my husband, asked if the other young lady could help her since she seemed to have not a clue as to what to do. The other young kept right on doing what she was doing as we were about to just say forget and leave. Prince stepped in and showed Amy how to input the information in the system. On July 25, 2024 I was supposed to receive my washer and dryer today between 4 and 7 PM. Did not receive no information about it I called to check it. 6:54 PM to make sure they were still bringing my wash and dryer didn’t hear nothing from nobody but told me they lost they key. truck to the truck and couldn’t bring me my stuff that I scheduled at the store was here at the house all day didn’t receive no phone call or nothing. Receipt said 3.5 payments left 2 payments later and they're tellimg me I still have 3.5 payments left!!!! On top of it all, washer quit working when they finally came to get it, I was without my washer for over a month! Finally brought it back and sent 1 guy to do a 2 man job...now my front load washer isn't on the base like it was when the picked it up. So my washer is way lower than my dryer and I have to strain to get clothes in or out. Today the water won't go into the washer. I tried the water connection and it's fine.
