I recently had another label company completely fall through on an order. Because I own a small, Veteran-owned distillery, I am new to the game and felt like I had no one else to turn to.
Luckily, I found AALP and took a chance, in spite of some negative reviews. They were responsive and treated me like a human. As a result, I was able to meet my orders and was really impressed with the quality!
I’m really not sure if the persons who left the negative reviews recently actually communicated effectively with AALP or maybe meant to review the local taco truck that gave them food poisoning. Either way, I think the review was made in error; based on my recent personal experience.

My order was late, no one returned calls, and the GM that I eventually spoke to made excuses for everything rather than apologizing. An apology was all that I was looking for. You see what a company is all about when things go wrong and I got to see very clearly what these folks are all about. I understand that things don't always work perfectly but as a business you step up to the plate, take responsibility and above all, respect your customer. The GM here was beyond disrespectful. Read moreWe are a small winery in VA and had our labels designed and printed through AALP. 1st they used the wrong glue on our white wine labels and they would peel off. 2nd after changing the design they used an unroll #3 which no winery uses!!!! Of course I take some responsibility because I didn’t catch it, but honestly no winery orders label that way. They wouldn’t work with me at all and I had to hand apply 300 cases of wine.
