Was getting my tires changed across the street at America's Tire, (we have an account at America's Tire for our fleet).
I pulled up, saw this kid helping a woman reset her car's digital counter. Everything about this kid said, "I -am- America's Tire, and yes, approach me about our biz, and after I'm done with this customer, I will be ecstatic to help you!"
I felt compelled to comply.
He saw me looking his way. After the lady got in her car, looked at the gauges, smiled n said the sweeeetest, "thank you," he started walking towards me.
"Hi! What can I help you with?"
I saw the line inside. I thought to myself, "if I say anything other than, I'm looking to put a new set of tires on this car."
He said, "no problem. have you ever shopped here before?"
When we got inside, there was a tall, slightly overweight man behind the counter. Maybe my spidey-sense needs recalibtating, but I could swear I sensed a scowl, or some sort of animosity. The guy looked at me, I looked at the guy, he looked at Alex, (who's name I still didn't know, yet), "ARE YOU HELPING HIM?"
I had to cut this kid some slack, "yes, he is."
I gave him our work number, he plotted it in,... "whoa! you guys got a lot of cars with us."
Then that maddoggin' meeaaan-scowling man became oh-so-nice. He was luvy duvy.
Even with an appointment, you gotta expect some sort of wait time. I mean, even Samantha Steven's has to take the time to wiggle her nose.
Knowing it was lunch time, and knowing that my body was craving either some sort of burrito or burger, I asked Alex, "where can I get a burger or burrito around here?"
He pointed to the pizza shop across the street. "You gotta try their pizza. I tell everyone about that place. They got awesome pizza. They make it however you want. And for that quality of pizza, they are the best value for your buck -anywhere around here."
So I did. I went there. I ate. And they kicked ass!
I ordered a jalapeño personal pizza. There's only one piece left. And that's only because my boss's car has now, already-, been re-shoed.
OutStanding!

Read moreHope the owner will take an action! First of all let me say "Here you would get the BEST Indo-western pizza and wings". I have been customer for more than couple of years and loved the taste and service which made me recommend to lot of my colleagues / friends and also made a ~$400 corporate order for team party! I always liked the service of the guy with long hair and couple of other regular employees who are really nice and polite! BUT as always I went there yesterday (11/09/18 ,19:30) and there was a new girl (asian) at the register who took my order. Everything seemed normal and I was waiting for my order sitting at corner (across soda machine) table with my wife and lost in talks, been looking at people who came after me getting their orders and I assumed they ordered online.Nearly after an hour I went to her requesting about my order and after couple of mins she gave my food (pizza nd wings). Out of my 'just' curiosity Me : I asked the girl politely and smiling why did it take an hour for a single order? After taking 10 seconds and my question mark face in-front of her. Girl : '"Probably you did notice 'We are busy' with a not so friendly face" and showing her back moved to other customer' Me : With a disappointed face I said "That's it ?" and stood there for couple of seconds. Girl : With a rude face "WHAT DO YOU THINK I AM SUPPOSED TO SAY ?" Me : Left the store quietly without making a scene and with a disappointment. My wife came back to the store asking for some ranch. Girl : You need to pay '10 cents' for each ranch (again with a not so customer friendly face), which we used to get as complementary sometimes for being loyal customers.
Seems like this 'Girl' was brought up with no ethics or may be uneducated who don't know how to be with customer's in a service industry.
She could have told told me while I am paying that 'It is going to take 40+ mins with current list of orders and is it okay?', I wouldn't have mind as it was busy and she could have forgot to tell me. But when I asked her politely " She could have been freaking nice and told me politely something like 'Got lot of orders and took longer for us to get your order ready with a smile' instead if freaking idiot / dumb to a loyal customer! Made me give 1 star for this...
Read moreI am a Curry Connoisseur, so when i saw this place i got super excited. I walked in and saw an Indian gentleman behind the counter and an Indian staff cooking the food. Gave me instant confidence in this place. First off, i really enjoy the location and the inside of the restaurant was clean and well designed. Plenty of space if you are going to be dinning in. Now into the food. I wanted CURRY. They do not serve Curry. I want to be very clear. They serve Curry Pizza! I am not factoring this into a 4 star review. They are allowed to make and not make whatever they want. I wasnt in the mood for pizza so i cannot comment nor review the Curry Pizza. I immediately went to the wings. I got 3 styles. BBQ, Curry, and Tandoori but keep in mind they have many others. The wings were flavorful. I did find them to have more fat/skin/tendons than i prefer. I would encourage maybe a higher quality of chicken, but i do understand how expensive wings have become over the last 3 years. You get 5 wings...
