I wandered in on a whim after reading positive reviews, and had to see if it was really all that. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Dylan, who showed me around the store and explained their pricing models. He answered my questions and was knowledgeable/friendly.

I was interested in looking through their games, and they had a surprisingly great selection across many systems and many price points. The best thing about this store is that they are interested in moving product. Nothing is overpriced and they are more than happy to discount products that aren’t selling. I ended up buying a stack of games, all complete in box and in great condition. One was even still sealed!

Before making the long drive, I called to just double check if they accept monitors AND a thunderbolt dock station as I'm trying to sell them, and the guy on the phone made me repeat myself 3 times. I'm fine clarifying but he said "so are you asking about a monitor, PC, laptop, cable, adapter, or what? in a condescending way.

Not sure what there's not to understand, if you don't know what a thunderbolt dock is or you need more clarification, just say that. He said to bring the items in as he can't confirm anything and I said "thank you" and he hung up.

I came in with a ton of stuff. Lots of it. Systems missing cords, stuff like that. Dylan was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. He had no problem hunting down cords needed, taking the time to test the stuff that I hadn't used in years. Never once did he make me feel like I was a pain to deal with. He talked with me about all the old games we lived growing up. I couldn't have felt more at home. I will be coming back here for sure. They buy old games and systems that game stop would have probably made me pay them to take off my hands. I can't say enough good about Dylan or my experience here.
