BELLA 2 NAIL SALON — Local services in Dublin

It was my first visiting here and unfortunately, it left me with a rather unpleasant experience. My primary purpose was to have the gel nail polish removed which I had at a different Vietnamese salon the day before where I wasn't satisfied with their style.

To begin with, I'm unsure if the person handling my gel removal was an actual nail technician. When I asked the person that "who's Crystal?" the person retorted with an attitude and said "I will take them off." I wasn't even aware of what triggered her response. I simply asked that question because I had communicated with Crystal via text before my appointment and assumed she would be handling my gel polish removal. I didn't mind receiving service from another person though because I just wanted to remove gel nail polish.

As for the gel removal process itself, She drilled my nails over and over again which made my nails fragile. Even after applying acetone, instead of using a pusher she just drilled repeatedly.

As a nurse, having fragile and aching nails is more than an inconvenience. The excessive drilling has left my nails too thin, impacting my ability to perform even simple tasks with discomfort. The pain is affecting my daily activities. Even washing my hair has become challenging due to the pain in my nails. It not only left my nails sensitive but downright painful due to excessive drilling.

I fear it will take more than three months for my nails to recover enough for a new gel polish.

My first experience in here was far from satisfactory and it's unlikely that I'll be revisiting this salon in the future. It goes beyond the gel removal. It's about the disregard for customer comfort and the long-term impact on nail health.

I'm not condemning the entire salon based on a single encounter, but this initial experience has convinced me that I won't be returning. Furthermore, it's disheartening to discover that the multitude of 5-star ratings may be influenced by the incentive of $5 for...

Been coming here for mani/pedi for a year and have to share how grateful I am that I found Bella 2. I’ve been happy with my service every single time I come in. All the staff have been professional, kind, and helpful. The pricing is fair and the location is clean and tidy. They use clean tools and have a nice selection of colors. The massage chairs are high quality and make for a relaxing and pampering experience. I absolutely love coming to see Jenny for a pedicure. She is gentle, listens to me, and knows how to manage my ingrown toenails and prevent them from coming back. Lina does an amazing job for my hard gel manicure. Her attention to detail always leaves my nails looking so beautiful! Both Jenny and Lina are very knowledgeable and even knew how to just their technique based on how my nails grow out. I am really impressed by their work because I can go for several weeks with my nails still looking near-perfect! They have also been very flexible with helping me find appointments and are always timely and efficient. I highly recommend coming to Bella2! I included photos of hard gel manicure with French tip freshly done by Lina and gel pedicure freshly done by Jenny. I also included photos of hard gel manicure by Lina still looking amazing FIVE weeks later! Crystal is an outstanding, highly skilled, extremely talented nail tech! She’s the only one I trust my nails with since I met her in 2019. I usually have full set and get refills every 3-4 weeks. Crystal can really master any shape and any design you throw at her, nails turn out perfect every time (the way how she can paint with tiny polish brush is really mesmerizing). I’m usually indecisive when it comes to my design but she’s so patient and figure out something that suits me well with me every time. 💗💅 would love to check out pedicures next time

I love the new salon, it’s spacious, clean and have plenty of parking. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The attention to detail and the level of service I received were truly exceptional, earning this salon a well-deserved five-star review.
