Bangkok 101 Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Dublin

Can't remember why my wife and I stopped going here but tonight I decided I'd give them another chance and boy we were happy! Freshest fattest shrimp in Dublin! That was one thing that really stood out but honestly everything was so good.

-Finally a Thai place that knows spicy!

We had the Pad Kee-mao w/ shrimp and the vegetarian Pad See-lew both were probably the best we've had in the area. At first service was meh and they gave us a wrong dish but they fixed the issue pretty fast and ended up being really friendly and nice (we did come in within an hour of closing).

To the real reason your reading: -This is a really nice place to sit down but they also do alot of carryout. -Good for dinner dates, family's, or a quick lunch. -Portions are good for sharing. -No wifi (that we could find). -They serve alcohol. -Food comes out fast but they dont push you out the door. -Parking available. -Vegitarian friendly. -(2)filled up for less than $40

Overall we really enjoyed a Friday night out and we are forsure going to be back soon...

First of all, it doesn't seem to be a real authentic Thai restaurant. I went in there during lunch time. The restaurant wasn't very busy. Just with a few tables of customers. I was pointed to a small table. Then I was ignored for over 20 minutes. Both waiter and waitress saw me but as if I wasn't existing. 25 minutes later, I called them to place the order. No apologies of the long wait.

Then I waited and waited until I raised my hand and ask them to check if my order was ready in the kitchen. The waitress brought it out immediately, obviously my meal has been ready for quite some time! What's bizarre is when the waitress delivered the plate to me, there was another table between she and my table. Instead of take a little time to work around the other table and put the meal on my table, she stretched her arm over the other table, and asked me to stand up to take the plate from hand! Again, the restaurant wasn't busy at all. A bizarre experience and very bad customer service!...

I would give this place a negative rating if I could. We had an absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant on food we ordered on September 15 through door dash. First, the food arrived extremely late and when we received the food, it was completely inedible. Meats were undercooked and every dish smelled rancid and like dishwater, as if it had gone bad or was cooked in extremely bad oil. We compared our dishes to customer pictures online and the dishes we received looked nothing like dishes served to other customers at the restaurant. I have pictures of the most disgusting dishes that I have seen. Some of us tried the wings and noodles and became sick within one hour.This is absolutely inexcusable that each and every dish we received was completely inedible.
