We recently purchased a refrigerator from Magnolia Appliance. I was very impressed at the variety of inventory for a local retailer as well as the pricing. The customer service was also top notch. From the help we received in the store while looking at models, to the guys who delivered and installed it. Everyone was so kind and professional and very helpful. On delivery day: they arrived on time, hauled away our old fridge, installed our new fridge, and were on their way in an hour. The cherry on top is that all warranties are serviced by their local team so if you are to run into an issue down the road, you don’t have to deal with calling a 1-800 number and then having a stranger questioning you about what’s wrong. My wife and I recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Magnolia Appliances. Here are the pros and cons of our experience: PROS: Very clean and well laid out showroom. Immediately welcomed by Wesley who stayed with us and answered all questions completely and without pressure. Purchased on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. The delivery team (John and Kevin) were polite, courteous, and dedicated to making sure we were pleased with the installation. Thank you, guys! Before going to Magnolia we visited a local "big box" store. Never again. The difference was like day and night. Dublin is fortunate to have Magnolia Appliances.

CONS: Zero....

We needed a washing machine and this was the easiest process from start to finish. They helped us pick one that met our needs within 30 minutes on a Saturday and it was delivered and setup the next Tuesday. Delivery and setup was super affordable and it didn’t make sense to not splurge on it. Curb delivery was free, but for an extra $79 I got appliance placement inside the house, new hoses and leveling, packaging removal, and if I had chosen it old appliance removal, and that was well worth the little bit of extra money to me.
