Firehouse Subs Dublin — Restaurant in Georgia

We called in an order to be picked up and left specific instructions on how to make the food as well as what drinks we wanted and chips. When my daughter went to pick up the order she noticed there was not any tea made. We ordered three large teas in our order. It was 7:15 at this point. They close at 9:00. We also paid $65.00 for food. The employee told her they would not make anymore tea because they probably wouldn’t sell it before they closed. I then called the store and explained that we would not have came if we knew they would not make tea and asked her to make the tea since they had almost 2 hours before they closed. She told me she would with an attitude. When my daughter came home we noticed that they did not have any of the chips in the bag and they put condiments incorrectly on all the sandwiches. I never leave bad reviews but could not let this pass. Something needs to change...

This location is excellent. Food is always on point. They always greet you when you come in. I do mobile orders alot and they are always ready when I get there even if I come in a little early. They are very attentive. I know this may sound like a nit picky, small thing but the other day I did a mobile order and wasn't sure if I was supposed to just grab a cup with my order ornif I needed to ask for one. They noticed I was looking a little confused and asked if I had any questions. Sometimes people will wait until you come to them even if they see you looking confused--- like they don't want to be bothered. Not this team. So I go to Firehouse Subs all the time in different areas across the South. This location has to be the worst I've ever been to in 15 years of enjoying Firehouse Subs. I called ahead to make a pickup order, waited 10 minutes on hold before I hung up. I called back only to be put on hold again and finally I just went up there. When I got there I walked in and not only were there no customers but there was two workers sitting at a table on their phones. Ordered my sandwiches with extra onions and instead none came on it. But the worst was the fact that the meat wasnt even shredded. so I got back to camp and just started laughing at the quality...just look at the pic lol.
