Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dublin

Worst service ever i made an order from the App went to pick it up parked the car came to open the door there was a cheap piece of paper hand written on it (DRIVE THRU ONLY) till then there was no problem so i get back in my car and go to the Drive thru window nobody was there and then w girl came outta the back opened the window and just kept looking at me so i told her i had an order for pick up she just kept staring at me like i knocked on here private house or something so i started shaking my head in a surprised way then after a few seconds of silence she said in rudest way possible (the name) when she came back with the food i asked for her name she said Marie or Marty or something if she was even saying the truth aren’t they supposed to wear badges with their names !! Definitely not getting anything from there ever again worst custmer service possible they make you feel like they giving you the food for free or something and the Management should really look into this because trust me you ain’t staying for long with your employees treating...

I come at least twice a week and am a great customer. Since Aubrey left, they have went downhill bad. The only good manager now is Austin. Today I went in and pre ordered my pizzas and they tried to give me undercooked pizzas. Antwan came when I asked for a a manager and he was extremely rude! Last week when I was there I got pizza and when I got home it was the wrong pizza. I tried calling back but no one answered. I called 6 times. Then the next day I went in and spoke with mike and he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t call the day before. Really? I’m sorry they never answer their phones! Austin would’ve corrected it but he wasn’t there. Do they realize that their job depends on their customers? You can ask Austin how often I come in. But the new “managers” don’t seem to care about long time-loyal customers. I will not be back as long as those jerks are there. I won’t be treated...

Came on here to leave a review because I know how much it can bring light to good and bad workers, I wanted to say I’m happy to see the old manager josey back. Good decision to bring her back! Then I saw a review that didn’t really sound right about antwon. So I wanted to say from my point he is and has always been a great manager I don’t think any of these managers are new also.
