I have been here in the past and had great experiences. However, this last visit I was less than impressed. I bought a ring from them and three days later one of the stones fell out. I reached out Facebook (their official website) and asked if they had a jeweler I could contact about getting the stone replaced. Didn't ask for a refund- just wanted information so I could get the ring fixed. They have not contacted me at all. I tried messaging over Instagram and was also ignored. I called on four separate days to talk to someone in person using the number listed on their site. This boutique is definitely a unique find and well worth the trip to experience for yourself! The small shop is packed with amazing detail from the location directly situated on the sound with amazing sunset views to the vast selection of trendy to more conservative clothing . This store is a huge don’t miss while on the Outer Banks! The store has a wide variety of novelty items and the jewelry selection alone is a reason to make this a destination! 2 employees, one of which I am assuming is the owner/manager, were brazenly gossiping and talking badly about another employee the entire time I was there. It was super off putting and uncomfortable.
