We stopped at the shop because it advertised permanent jewelry. We were purchasing three anklets. The Woman helping us and putting the permanent jewelry on was very kind. We got the jewelry on and left the store after an hour, mine fell off. Went back and she apologized and redid it. Told us if we had any more problems we could come back. That night, both of my daughter’s jewelry also fell off. Not thinking i’d have any problems. We returned to the store and wanted my daughters put back on. The woman working said she’d have to call the owner because she wasn’t able to do the permanent jewelry or refunds. The owner was not nice at all very unprofessional. He couldn’t understand why we would either want the jewelry put on correctly or our money returned to us. This is permanent jewelry. It’s not to fall off after one day. For all three of our bracelets to fall off, it couldn’t have been done well. He actually told me I was weird for wanting my money back. I didn’t realize it was weird to want what you paid for? He then told me that this was his day off and he deserved to have his day off. Again very unprofessional and rude to say something like that.

The shop was very cute and had some unique things that we really liked but if you want permanent jewelry go elsewhere. They do not know how to put it on correctly! I’ve had other permanent jewelry put on and I’ve had it for 3+ years it shouldn’t fall off...

Such a treasure! We met the owners and they were so kind. They have such an interesting mix of items. A beautiful candle that is also a water fountain, 🤓 Tee-shirts and hats, lots of organic baby gift items (many that I would have loved to have used on my children when they were young!), coastal decorations, A super neat, long candle holder made from a piece of a barrel. This store is great. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Very cool assortment of personal products and items for your home. The store is laid out very nice and is super clean.
