My son recently purchased some shirts for us at the Duck location while he was vacationing. Unfortunately, they were too small and we lived too far away from Duck to physically return them. I reached out to Teresa at the Duck location and she was awesome in helping us get the right sizes. After discussing what sizes we needed, I mailed them back to her with a return postal label included. She found the right sizes we needed and mailed them back to me. I was taken back that they would not allow my child to use the bathroom when he was clearly doing the "I gotta go dance". We were told the closest bathroom is 5 minutes down the road. Even though I was excited to visit the store and get some new shirts, we opted to not come back after finding a closer bathroom. They didn’t have the shirt that I wanted in my size when I asked they called another store and found it for me and shipped it to Ducks store.
