So many good things to say about Coach Daniel :) I’m one of those people who won’t workout unless I have someone motivating me the whole time & usually personal trainers are so expensive so it’s not really an affordable option. At Daniel’s Personal Training, there are group rates that are budget friendly plus everyone I’ve worked out with in the groups so far have been great & make working out a lot more fun & motivating. Don’t be intimidated, I’ve worked out with people of all ages & training levels in the groups. I think Coach usually tries to pair groups of similar training levels. Don’t worry if you have zero gym experience!
Workouts are different every session. The gym has a bunch of different machines that we rotate between. You can tell Coach what areas you’d like to focus on if any, & he will adjust exercises accordingly. If you’re looking to slim down or just kickstart your healthy diet, ask Coach Daniel about his meal plan recommendations. I got on his recommended meal plan for 10 days in addition to working out with him & saw the fat just come off...the hard part is getting myself to the gym to workout with him but once I make myself go, no regrets.
