I really want to use local businesses for as much as possible. I've purchased a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and probably more from this organization. I have a service agreement with Johnson and my experience was horrible. The repairman ("J") attempted to make me feel very stupid and ignorant (after all, what could I, an older woman, know?). I started asking around and have found that he has done this with other women--unless their husbands are present. (By the way, it took months and months for them to finally fix my machine which was under an extended warranty.)
SO, normally I wouldn't say anything bad about the company itself (it would just be directed at the repair end of the business), but I have called the company wanting to speak with the owner (Jeff Olsen/Olson?) and left at least five messages asking to be contacted, and I know that emails have been sent to him with the same message. After a month or so of non-communication, I feel compelled to write this review.

Read moreUpdate 3/2/24: Sales team talks a big game but has no action. Product, (Bosch dishwasher) is junk. Warranty company could care less. My wife and I finally gave up trying to get any help. Sales dept passed us off to Johnson service (save yourself the hassle and never deal with them) and left it at that. Due to yet another breakdown on our dishwasher, I finally unintalled it and bought a new one from a big box store. Don't waste your time or money thinking this store will provide customer service. Buy your appliances somewhere else.
