Subway — Restaurant in Hermantown

This is not like me to complain, but I feel as though someone needs to know. I work in customer service and understand how things can be. I tried to practice “Grace” today, but no one seamed to care.

Today I attended Subway at the corner of Haines Road and Mall Drive in Hermantown MN. I received the worst customer experience that I have ever had. After ordering through the drive thru line I sat behind one car for a generous 15 minutes. Driving away I opened my sub to find out it wasn’t close to what I ordered. So at this time I pulled back into the parking lot and walked up to the man running the till. His first comment to me was “what do you want me to do about it” . He then contacted the lady that was running the drive thru. Well she was picking through the sandwich the man at the till told me “I could back in line and they would make me a new one.” I explained to him I wasn’t going to the end of the line, I had already waited over 20 minutes. The drive thru lady contacted the man who looked to be manager on duty to remake my sub, he acted as he didn’t even care. 35 minutes later I finally left with my sub. Once I arrived back to work late and to eat my sub it still wasn’t correct.

I hope this can be kindly addressed and no one else will receive the service...

Incredibly horrific experience!! sandwich maker got an attitude with me and started getting defensive when I brought my receipt in after speaking with a manager earlier in the day!!! He stated interrogating me and asking all kids of questions about my initial visit, basically questioning my experience then and my food quality and on and on!!## Literally yelling at me!!!! Incredible!!!! Unless these new subs are the best Subway I have ever tasted, I will never ever ever revisit this subway!!!!!! Thanks but no damn thanks!!!! I rate this restaurant at a BIG FAT...

When I put in my order of a seafood sub through the drive through, I didn’t realize that it was something completely different until after we left. We went back to get the correct sub, and went inside to give them the old one back. When we left for the second time I took a bite out of the sub and it made me gag. I have had seafood from many different subways, and this could not even compare to other ones that I’ve had. I had to spit out that bite and throw the whole sub away.
