They billed me 3 times before telling me I had to come in person for cancellation (even though I provided official cancellation in writing 30-days in advance, I called them days later to confirm they received it since they didn't respond (odd, being that they always responded to previous emails to me from that same email address), and they said -- a manager will call you back. Last night, I was not permitted to chose a station I wanted even though a lot of the clients haven't entered the building yet. And on times that I get a station I like, I sometimes get swapped out right before the class starts. The last time I was swapped out, I was not even notified of it -I found out as I was walking into the class and took a peek at the list. There is no way to cancel the membership online or through the app. Also, please make sure you read their policy thoroughly before signing up since they seem to be bothered only about getting your money and are not considerate. They are nice and kind to you only until you sign up.
